Subscribed calendars pick up schedule changes automatically, but each app checks on its own timer: iPhone usually within a few hours, Outlook within a few hours, Google up to a day. To force it now: iPhone — open Calendar and pull down to refresh; Mac — right-click the calendar → Refresh; Outlook — right-click → Sync/Refresh.
